I am running a 2013 version of SolidWorks and am receiving a message that states, "Failed to download the hyperlinked file" when I click on weldments under SolidWorks Content in the Design Library.  I have customized and used weldments in the past so I have no clue what is going on.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!  I also checked all the weldment related paths under options but was not able to find a configuration that worked.  I was able to add paths which caused the Solidworks Content folder to not open at all though, AKA break it further.
