I have been having alot of trouble getting Solidworks Connected to launch. Whenever I open the Solidworks Connected shortcut on my desktop, I get a very quick error message (as shown attached) then nothing. The 3d experience platform will launch fine and continues to run when I try launching the Solidworks Connected app shown on my task manager. I have tried opening Solidworks Connected through the 3d experience browser as well with the same issue.
I have tried updating the 3d experience platform when prompted, multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, clearing the known trouble files like sweche and CATTemp and then reinstalling, adding and verifying all Windows 11 is updated.
It would be helpful to talk to customer support on the phone. Is that possible with this program? Any other suggestions on how to get back running?
