Very easy question for an extremely complex website which honestly I still don't get. I'm running back and forth for hours trying to understand how I can get in touch with a real human assisting me, so that's why I ended up in the forum.
BTW I work for Software Development in the visualization industry, and I perfectly see the same trend, fragmentation and overcomplicating in general is the key for everything. 

Anyhow, what are the best ways to learn Solidworks? I would like to get all the certifications, and reach high level of proficiency, because I'm sure only with Youtube tutorials it's not gonna be enough. Field of work: Industrial & manifacturing , as well as product design.
