I am try to redeem

• CSWP Offers for Subscription Service Customers** from certification tab. But when i tried to redeem the same an errors occour as subscription required ( find the attached jpg.)whereas our subscription will expire on 31st JAN 2013.Please find the attached video. Can anybody have the idea about the same. Thanks in advance.
