Hi,

I wanted to know if someone knows how to solve this problem, i have tried everything on the web but still having the problem.. this is the problem:

The installer opens but is blank! not running and therefore I can not install it!

The strange thing is that I previously had win 7 and installed it without any problem! But I change the operating system to win8.1 and now is happening this ...

I made sure that it is compatible with this operating system (SolidWorks 2014) so it is not a compatibility issue ...

If anyone knows how to fix it I'd appreciate it.
