SW asks that when you open a part, but also when you open the part especially for editing! This is somehow very irrating when there is a "button" for part for editing why SW asks that?

Also when during editing the part, select section view tool then SW releses the part (Relasing Document. Do you want to update the changes?) no matter select no /yes. . So you have to select the part for editing...After that SW asks "do you want to reserverve the document for editing" Please does anyone know how to get rid of this annoying promt?
