Good Morning ,

I have a customer that is running Solidworks 2012. The problem is we are upgrading them to a AV product Bit Defender. Now when he opens up Solidworks it take over 5 min and never fully loades to open up a drawing.

Once I uninstall the AV it works fine.

? Has anyone seen this before?  I have other customer running the same version and having no issue.
