When logging into my 3DEXPERIENCE account, clicking Forgot Password triggers an immediate crash that sends me back to the desktop. As I launched the login dialog inside SolidWorks, SolidWorks terminates concurrently upon the crash. Could anyone advise on the root cause and available solutions
