Hello,

I didn't know where to go for support. I've been using the 2023 version for a year now and my license ended so I upgraded to the 2025 version from my university. The serial number is correct and I am downloading just Solidworks 2025. I am on an admin account on my own PC.

For this install, I tried multiple times with/without the firewall and antivirus over multiple secure networks but the error is still present.

I tried doing a manual install and it brought me to a webpage. This page had a download button that was not working and a list of links for each file, which also gave me error messages.

I attached pictures to this message. If anyone can direct me towards a solution or someone who knows what to do, I will greatly appreciate it.
