Hi all,
I’m experiencing an issue on a laptop (MSI Katana GF76 with i7-11800H and GeForce RTX 3050 Ti) running SOLIDWORKS 2024. When I double-click a `.SLDPRT` or `.SLDDRW` file from File Explorer, SOLIDWORKS launches but the file freezes or becomes unresponsive. However, if I open SOLIDWORKS first and then use `File > Open`, the same file works fine.

I’ve already:
* Updated drivers and Windows
* Cleared SOLIDWORKS settings and cache
* Ran system checks (SFC, CHKDSK)

The file works, but only through controlled app launch. Anyone else seen this behavior or know how to force SOLIDWORKS into a stable mode when launching files directly?
