Solidworks 2024 2025 stability issues

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my Solidworks and nothing seems to help.

So I'm working on SW2025 SP3 and my work PC has Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Studio driver.

I have a major stability issue, Solidworks i use at work keeps on crashing or freezing when I'm trying to CTRL-copy a part in an assembly or between assemblies. It's also crashing when I try to drag a view onto a drawing or when I'm putting or removing dimensions from a drawing. If I want to cycle between assemblies or parts (ctrl-tab) it will crash.

It was not always like that I had no major issues with it until March this year I was running SW 2024 and then upgraded to 2025 with hope that something will change but unfortunately nothing changed.

It's not consistent,  for example It will not crash right after starting of SW and sometimes I can work for hours without any issues one day and with loads of then on the other day.

I tried contacting my technical support they tried reinstalling it, running in OpenGL mode repairing broken .dll's. Nothing works, they suggested windows reinstall but this system I have Is only one year old and SW is the only app that i have issues with. I just think that it will not fix this issue and I really want to avoid it.

Using event viewer I've found that during a crash it has an issue with clr.dll, Linked to NET framework but updating of reinstalling DOTNet or C++ is not helping, also today I have no erros of such kind registered, It's still crashing only DCOM issues (yes i tried fixing it).

Does anyone know if there is someone at Dessault reading error reports?!?

So that's my issue please help.
