Hello,
We bought new works station:
Operation System : Windows 10 Pro
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z390-a
Processor: i9-9900K - overclocket on 5.2 Ghz
graphics: Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000
RAM : 64 GB
SSD: Samsung 970 Pro 512 GB M.2
Liquid cooled CPU
Problem:
SolidWorks is slower than coworkers i7 not over clocked and 32Gb ram, Quadro 4000 graphics.
On big assemblies its slow and not using graphic and CPU power.
What are the best settings for SW, Graphics and Windows 10?
I tried many configurations but CPU is extremly slow on benchmark.
Any one have a good guide how to configure SolidWorks, Windows, Graphics settings to get the maximum from hardware.
Greetings from Slovenia
