Solidworks 2018 and I'm doing the Introduction to solidworks tutorial found in question mark -> Solidworks tutorial. I'm on the "creating a new drawing" page

I'm on step 5. Problem is that there is no tab called "Templates" and there is no template called "Drawing." This is what I get

My default drawing template is set to C:\ProgramData\SolidWorks\SOLIDWORKS 2018\templates\Drawing.drwdot. There are no drwdot files there, and even when I clear out that folder, it won't generate any new templates.
