I’m having issues with SW 2018 not preforming as it should.  I put in a call to our local software support team here and the technician worked very hard at trying to solve the problem.  

The issues I’m having is the hole callouts for some reason the callout is giving me 3 decimals places on angled dimensions (Figure 1) which I have tried to set up in Document Properties to no avail.  As a work around I have to manually type in the hole callouts using the Note command (Figure 2).

Each time I change the angle to an integer all of the dimensions will change to the nearest whole number.  I have changed machines for SW from a laptop to a desktop that is more robust.
