I am trying to install SolidWorks 2017 SP0 Premium on Windows 10 Home Edition. Whenever I click setup.exe or sldIM.exe a consent screen appears and nothing happens when I click 'Yes'. I have tried the following things already.

• Running in compatibility mode
• Checking if html files are blocked
• Restarting and updating my PC

Please help me with the installation and let me know if any more information is needed.
