I'm using SolidWorks 2017 on my Sony VAIO Laptop graphic card "NVIDIA GeForce GT 735M/PCIe/SSE2", Windows 10.
I am receiving a warning notification telling there is something wrong with my system and when I run the diagnosis I get this messages:
Diagnostic Results:
There is no information on your configuration in our database. If you are experiencing issues with your system, you may want to visit the website to find recommended cards and drivers.
Card/driver combination information can be found at: http://www.solidworks.com/pages/services/VideoCardTesting.html
and besides I keep getting blue screen errors.
I would appreciate if you could help me know:
1. is there any relation between getting blue screen error and SolidWorks?
2. is there any relation between getting blue screen error and the message I get from the diagnosis?
3. if the answer to those former questions are true, then how can I resolve the issue?
4. if the answer is no then what this warning message means?
thanks in advance for your help.
Best.
