SolidWorks 2017 Extraordinarily Long Load Times almost any file with an assembly takes 3 times as long to open to open pre2017 files. Any one else have this issue?

We were on 2015 SP5.0 and updated TO 2017 SP1.0. Any file we open whether big or small will be pre2017.
