We just upgraded to SolidWorks 2016 from 2015.  I want to use Copy Settings Wizard to get my toolbars and file locations back to what they were in 2015.

But when I run the Copy Settings Wizard, it says it completes, but then I load SolidWorks 2016 and everything is still stuck at the defaults.

I suspect there is a problem that the interface changed so much that the copy settings wizard no longer works - is that the case?
