I am trying to install SW 2015 SP 3.0 on my laptop. The installation proceeds until about 5% and then everything freezes over w/ the "(Not Responding)" in the dialogue box header. I did notice that the CPU work load (based off the monitor) goes from about 10-0% once the installation is at around 5%,

Any suggestions?
