I made a threaded hole in a part using hole wizard. I did go into the options of the hole wizard specifications and checked the thread call out checkbox. The hole callout feature does not call it out as a threaded hole just a normal hole with a depth. I don't remember if 2014 would call it out as a threaded hole.
