SolidWorks 2012 takes ages to launch. Network drive?

Hi everyone!

I'm having a bit of a trouble trying to figure out what exactly causes my SolidWorks to launch so slowly (approx. 3-4minutes). One thing I've found is that if I disconnect my network drive, SolidWorks takes only 10seconds to boot up. There are no templates or any other files that SolidWorks would be looking for on the network drive, as I've just done a clean reinstall of it. I'm also bypassing the SPManager (I think that's what it is called) in order to avoid freezes due to it trying to connect to the updates server (as the computers are not connected to internet). All of the add-ons are switched off by default, but I doubt it's some kind of hardware issue, as it looks like it's deffinitely the network drive that affects the booting time. Any suggestions or thoughts on how to fix it?
