When I click on the "Preview Window", the window pops up, however the actual content within the window never appears, it freezes an image of whatever was behind the window (my desktop in most cases), and it will never actually load the Preview, even after several minutes. If you drag the window around, it just moves that same frozen slice of whatever was displayed behind the window at the time of opening.
A coworker's older computer running the same version of SolidWorks will load the Preview Window just fine.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. A forum search and Google search came up with no similar cases. Thanks!
