As tested over a number of years, and now acknowledged by Dassault, the feature of a cut sweep by solid does not generate correct geometry.
So we need a warning in SolidWorks, to let users know, the feature can not be trusted to generate correct results.
Next, fix this problem, or remove the feature from the software.
