Anybody know what could cause the solid body anomaly that I am seeing in my electrical route (reference attached jpeg)?  We just recently upgraded to 2010 sp2.1 from 2008 sp5.1 and now this simple electrical route rebuilds like this.

I have tried deleting the faces and then rebuilding the assembly but they keep on coming back.  There aren't any sketch segments where these 3 protruding anomalies are.  The connections are to a model that is external to the routing assm.
