Can any one help me with this please?

(Please refer attached part and Jpeg image)

1. I made a spacer with tap holes as shown in (fig1)

2. Made a circular pattern as shown in (fig 2)

Now when i update the cut list,

these three spacers do not fall in one folder. (fig 3)

why is it so?

(I guess M20 tap hole is creating the problem - but could not clearly figure it out)  - (fig 4)
