Hi all

Recently I've been failing at installing the Solidworks 2014-15 edition 'student engineering kit'.
Nothing has helped so far after researching all possible leads.
Basically I cannot proceed after the first window shown upon initiating the setup.exe

the first image attached is what pops up despite having SP1 preloaded on the machine from purchase.
Many people have said I need to reinstall SP1 but that's proved ineffective as SP1 cannot be uninstalled from a machine which has it preloaded.

How can this be resolved?
