I know this isn't directly SW related, but I hope no one minds.  I had an earlier post about 3d scanners but we have refined our selections somewhat and I'm asking for new opinions.  We're looking at Faro versus Romer hardware, though we haven't ruled out Konica/Minolta, and probably Rapidform or Geomagic software for handling the data and sending it to SW or step files.  Has anyone out there used any of these and could share an opinion?  Initially we will be using this to model a large truck to send to Dyna for simulation but will have other uses later.
