Installing Solidworks PDM 2017 on an old laptop to act as our server.  I have gotten the Archive Server started with the configuration tool.  When I try to create my first vault in the Administration tool, I get the following error:

"Could not initialize archive server connection.

Error Description: The Archive Server could not find the location in the Registry."

I googled the heck out of this error and can't find anyone who had the same problem and a solution, so hoping the hive mind here can help.
