i need some advice  to create a options file for license borrowing.I need to block the license borrowing for users.

I dont know the exact procedure to create a options file for controlling the license borrowing.i have read the flexlm guide also but i couldnt get that much idea!!

please provide,if you have any sample file !!!. kindly do the needful.
