Hi I have this ribbon file that I am attempting to smooth out. The 3D splines are difficult to work with and create strange intersections.

I want to make a symmetric blue ribbon with a darker blue teardrop shape extruded in the middle of it (I selectred a random extrusion shape to get the shape that would fit in between the hole.

If anyone can assist with this I'd be greatly appreciative, thank you!

The model is a 2014 SolidWorks version.
