I wonder if the answer remains the same.

If I insert a smart component, I am able to create a linear pattern from it but smart features are not "propagated" in the part mated to the smart component. I was able to select the feature in the linear pattern and activate the smart feature though, but this procedure is error prone because the component is hiding (generally speaking at least) the feature itself.

Am I missing something ? Can I create a linear pattern of smart components that automatically pattern the feature as well ?
