I borrow a license from SNL Manager to take out to in the field where I am disconnected from the network the license server is on.  When I am no longer connected to the network SW takes 7 minutes to load vs 30 seconds when connected.  It appears that add-ons are trying to contact the license server even though the licensed is already borrowed from the server.  They don't finish loading until the server contact attempt times out.  Does anyone have similar experience or know how to correct this behavior?
