Slow performance with linear pattern

Hello,

I have a simple part with micro scale dimensions (200um for the smallest dimension). What are the possibilities to improve SW performances when I handle the file? (lightweight, tesselation...)

My PC runs on Vista 64x it has 8 cores and my graphic card is an NVIDIA quadro FX 3450/4000 SDI

The file I enclose is made with SW 2009 SP4
