I have started observing the issue of slow performance on my workstation since last month.

I am using Solidworks 2015 SP 4 on my Windows 64 bit.

I am using a Dell Precision T3610 Workstation.

RAM: 8 GB

Nvidia Quadro K 2000 Graphic card

Hard-Disk: 1 TB

Intel Xeon E 5 Processor

Max Number of Parts in my general assembly: 50-60

Max Number of features in a part: 15

I use external references in about 50 percent of my parts

I am not able to find the exact reason behind the Slow Performance.

• Is the RAM low for this kind of assemblies?
• I sometimes even guess that there may be some bug in my software. But presently i don't have enough time to uninstall it fully and install a complete new version.

However, Will installing a fresh copy can resolve the issue?
