I find the dimension placing and editing extremely slow in the latest Solidworks releases.

I have tested with old versions and although even in the past this has been noticed I find

that it has gotten much worst in SW2016 and later.  It is slowing down the work.

I compared to SW2005 and found not any delay in placing or editing at all on an

old slow XP computer.  In SW2016 or later on the fastest hardware I measured delays of

about 0.4 second.  That is really ridiculous slow.  I also tested Fusion and Onshape

and they also don't have any delays in placing or editing dimensions.

Is this a known issue and will it be fixed soon?
