Running SolidWroks 2009-2010

I am trying to add a revision table to a drawing and even though I have specified the File Locations for the Revision and Weldment Cut List Tables and have verified the files are in this location they are not selectable via the Tables menu; they are "grayed out". In the drop down Tables menu these choices are not even listed. How do I get these table templates active?
