I'm back again. I've run into this before but cannot seem to locate the switch. Created a template and set up the serial Numbers for it - "PRQ####". Went into the template and mapped the Word doc to the file and disabled the automatic serial number generation tab. However, in testing, I still get PRQ0001 then PRQ0003....I missed it somewhere. Where else shall I look?
