Basically the title says it all... 

For ease of use between different software I'm using a Z-up template but noticed that the vertical and horizontal constraints in my sketches are swapped around, the default view when I try to create a new sketch also turns to a Y-up orientation. Is there any way to change this and make the file TRUE Z-up? Right now it feels like the Z-up option is just a slightly changed Y-up, rather than a proper Z-up
