I attempt to make a simple block as you can see at the video link

As result the coordinate system of that block is changed and gets parallel to the side of the square shape.

I do not want this and I wish coordinate system will be inherited from the system to which this block was created

as it will be done in case this square shape have been written as block being parallel to X and Y axes.

Please advise how I can keep the desired coordinate system of a block without this “automated” change.
