Have recently installed SW 2107 , i am trying to boss extrude a basic rectangular shaped Sketch with a concave top edge

If i extrude the sketch anything up to about 290mm profile stays correct

when i extrude over 300mm the top edge loses the radius and becomes flat

I'm sure there is something basic that i am missing ??
