Sketch Picture | Dassault Systèmes®

I'm trying to use sketch picture in SW 2010 2.1 and there seems to be only 1 page not 2 like what is talked about in the help section. This is where the tracing tools used to be. Anyone have any advice?Solidworks Sketching
