When dimensioning a sketch, Solidworks used to prompt fro modify the dimension.  It does not anymore. I now have to place the dimension, then double click to modify.  I thought this was a setting, but I can't find it anywhere.  I just installed Solidworks 2020 SP4 yesterday.
