Hello all.

I have an assembly that I am trying to create welds in for analysis purposes.  However, I was not able to get SolidWorks to create any welds (other than the cosmetic welds that can be created in an assembly).  I keep getting errors related to my solids.  I have changed some to a sheet metal, and then I get another error related to the edge associated with the sheet metal.

I believe the error that I get the most is telling me (when I try to select a face to weld with) something about needing a surface body or a sheet metal piece.  Is there somewhere I can go that has a good tutorial on using welds with SolidWorks?
