Simulation 2024 x64 Sp1.0 Solidworks Premium with Sim Pro license.
I have a study that ran fine at first. On later re-runs I now get "Interaction entity cannot be processed properly: Interaction(s) generated by global bonding". The global interaction is set to Bonded with common nodes. I do not have any other contact conditions set. I do have link connectors as well as pin connectors. I am using curvature based mesh, which is what I always use. I have been running Simulation for a long time and have never seen this message before. Reading older posts it appears that it was an issue with 2021 SP4.0. Strangely, a coworker got the same error this morning on a study they are running (completely different assembly than mine). They have never seen this before either. I don't understand what has changed. We have not made any upgrades to Solidworks. We've been running 2024 SP 1.0 for quite a while. The strange thing is that the study solves without any other errors and produces what appears to be valid results. However, it's hard to trust the results not knowing what the ramifications are of this message.
Things I have tried: Restarting the computer. Copying the study, deleting the original, and running the copy. Interference check (none found).
