All right, I'm trying to duplicate a finished drawing sheet for practice.  In the finished one, the tolerances, by default, show a minus sign and a plus sign, no matter what, even if both the tolerances are zero.  What's the setting that shows/hides the plus signs and minus signs by default?  I've been looking all over for it.

For clarity, see attachment.  What I want is the bottom, compared to the top.
