I am analysing the contact analysis of titanium material components with silcoset in between them and a bolt connector to apply torque.

Has anyone ever added silcoset? i see silicon but it never compresses fully. i want to show the silcoset squashed and the stress and contacr effect if has in the assembly.

I saw a report to use pvc plasticised but ideally i want ot use silcoset. also finding properties of uncured material is hard to find.

Has anyone ever tried to use uncured materials in Simulation with success?

any advice would be much appreciated. (at my university then have not seen anyone attempt this complicated method).
