Is there a way to have the '#' sign in the call-out of the tapped holes?

existing call-out:  8-32 .....

Call-out wanted:  #8-32 ....

Reason...

We use a lot of #8 & #10 size tapped holes and our shop manager demands the ' # ' sign on all call-outs and as of now we have to manually go into the call out and add it. I was hoping that there is a way to add to the call out automatically.
