How do I specify to lead into an open pocket from outside an open edge?

I have a part with multiple open pockets and I can get the tool to go down to Z level outside the part, then machine in.  But it thinks it's plunging out there so it's painfully slow.

Should be a way to rapid to machining height, then lead into material on the open edge of the pocket, correct?

I don't see this option anywhere.
