1 year ago, I was using SW on my pc using W8. One day it stopped working due to a side by side configuration error. I tried fixing the problem without success. Now I am using W10 x64 bit and the program still doesnt work. So I am coming to you guys for help, bearing new information. I used event viewer to see what the problem was. This is what is showed me :

I tried using sxstrace.exe for a deeper diagnostic, but that program doesn't work either. I have SW studient version SP2.1.
