My co-worker has a sweep...

The sketch is a horizontal line transitioning to a vertical line via fillet.  When he sweeps it, the edges at the start of his fillet and the end of his fillet (around the perimeter of his sweep) are showing when he selects "shaded with edges".  Is there a way for these edges not to show without having to use the "shaded" display style?

It's strange because I can create a similar type sweep on my PC, and the edges aren't showing.
